CONFLICT RESOLUTION

To assist clients in resolving conflict, I hold a safe space for deep listening, radical honesty, and a generative examination of what lies at the heart of the dissension.

Supporting individuals, couples, or groups in connecting with their deepest values and priorities, I guide them to courageously and creatively dialogue to find agreement and arrive at a mutually beneficial solution that maintains the respect and integrity of all concerned.

My approach to conflict resolution is somatically grounded, and includes embodied practices that invite people to be fully present in the conversation, to be aware of their own triggers, to respond rather than react, and to resolve disagreement with purpose, values, and connection at the center.

We have to recognise that there cannot be relationships unless there is commitment,

unless there is loyalty, unless there is love, patience, persistence.

Forgiveness and compassion are always linked: how do we hold people

accountable for wrongdoing and yet at the same time remain in touch with their humanity enough to believe in their capacity to be transformed?

When we drop fear, we can draw nearer to people, we can draw nearer to the earth, we

can draw nearer to all the heavenly creatures that surround us.
