Individuals seek one-on-one support in making life decisions, designing a path for the next steps of their personal or professional lives, resolving conflict, becoming more authentic and courageous leaders, or simply developing a toolbox of resources and practices that will help them live
the life they envision.
I use somatic awareness and embodied strategies to help individuals listen to their body’s wisdom and begin to live in greater alignment with their values and desires. Much of what I do as a coach is hold a safe container for deep listening, learning, and truth-telling, so clients can face into the issues, concerns, and opportunities that are currently emerging in their lives and work. Coaching sessions are designed to build somatic awareness, teach skills for self-regulation, and practice resourcing to cultivate greater resilience and capacity.
Weekly or Monthly practice to build somatic awareness, resource and regulate your nervous system. No prior experience with somatics is required.
Participants will learn foundational somatic skills (tracking, discharging energy, and resourcing) and will practice grounding, centering and embodied movements for individual and collective regulation, and to cultivate capacity and resilience.
